Growing up in Lancashire, England, Klara has loved illustration since she was a child and received her degree in illustration from Kingston University. After years of working in the greeting card industry, she decided to go freelance and now, her charming illustrations grace children’s clothing, wallpaper, fabrics, greetings cards, children’s books, packaging and toys.

Her clients include Selfridges, Harrods, John Lewis, Waitrose, Penguin Books, The BBC, The British Museum, Tigerprint, Hallmark, Gallison, Marks and Spencer, Jojo Mama Bebe, Janod, Waterstones, Paperchase, Moonpig and Scribbler. Her own line of greeting cards is sold throughout the world.

She lives in Surrey, England, with her husband, daughter and mischievous cat. Most days she can be found in her studio happily drawing.
